Refund policy

At Mesmori, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our exchange policy works:

• We do not offer refunds on any purchase.

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• To request an exchange, please contact us at WhatsApp: 0322 720 3857 with your order number and reason for exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

• Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or after the 3-day window will not be eligible for exchange.

• Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange, unless otherwise stated.
